The IRS will not be accepting any 2019 tax returns until on and after January 27.

You will receive an email from TurboTax when the federal tax return has either been accepted or rejected by the IRS.

They can be accepted and not processed until end of jan. It's still pretty earlier in January and it depends when you filed.
