Why did my refund come from Tpg products and isn’t the right amount?

I want the rest of my refund returned please.

Same for me. It's literally half of what I was supposed to get.

Tpg products is the company who handles the refund deposit if you elected to have your fees deducted from your refund. 

If your refund was less than it should be (minus the fees) you would need to contact the IRS by following the instructions here.
