Not everyone qualifies for a Refund Advance. Please see Offer details and disclosures for the Refund Advance program for information regarding qualifications.

I meet all the qualifications. I spoke with a rep at TurboTax she said you all approved me and then I called credit karma and they said it take 2-3 business days so I shall see as this is only the second day

You will want to make sure the primary taxpayer's information on the return matches the information in the Credit Karma account.
