why did i get a lower afvance?

When filing my taxes with Turbotax, i was approved for a 500.00$ refund advance. Upon approval from the IRS, i was only deposited 250$ into my Intuit Credit Karma account. I did not receive an email giving notification of a lower amount. So where is the rest of my advance?

You should have emails about this. TurboTax has no information about your approvals or refund advance amounts.
