I've been trying for the past several days to pay for my tax program with a valid credit card and the following message keeps popping up:
Oops. We’re having a little trouble processing your billing information. Please select "contact us" from the help panel to speak with an expert to assist you
I've called and talked with the automated response line and a human "expert" to no avail.
Is anyone else having this problem?

I am so frustrated!!!!!
Tried again this am after receiving an email from turbo tax saying my problem was "resolved".
NOPE, same thing happened. Reached out using the contact me help link and have been on the phone for 45 minutes + with 2 different folks! Waiting for a third person now listening to elevator music! WTH.
Although you have mentioned receiving this error for multiple days, please review this FAQ. This type of issue does require you to contact our support agents via phone which you are doing. Sorry for the hold time and frustration.
