Why am I not seeing the option for a refund advance?

I got all the criteria and have a credit karma account but when it asks me how I want my refund it doesn’t give me the advance option.

If you're using TurboTax Online, close the program, clear your Cache and Cookies and return to the FILE section.

1. Next to Step 2: Your refund info select Revisit.
2. Choose your desired refund method on the How would you like to pay your federal taxes? screen and select Continue.
