This is going to be my second post on this subject, but after I made my first posting I sent an email to TPG Banking and all I have received so far is an email saying "We have received you're request!". It will almost have been a week since I've heard anything from anybody.
On my first post, the only reply from someone official on this forum kept saying it might have been because of the 3rd stimulus payment, but I only ever got the first 2. So what they were saying was completely unhelpful. Someone please help! I just want the rest of my refund!

Have you checked your bank account to be sure you did not receive the 3rd stimulus looking back from March through December for a payment of $1,400 (or multiples of that if you have more than one person you would receive it for)? If you received the first two, it would be uncommon for the IRS to not send you the 3rd one.
You can check your IRS Online Account to see if they believe they sent you the 3rd stimulus payment. You can also call 800-829-1040 to speak with someone at the IRS.
Except, I cant call the IRS. I've tried, dozens of times. But every single time I call, it ends up with the stupid voice recorded womans voice saying "im sorry rey, due to high call volume your call cannot be accepted, please call again tomorrow". And I know for a fact that I have not received a 3rd stimulus check.
