I filed on January 27th. I failed to write down the tracking number because for the prior 2 years everything has gone smoothly. I went to the IRS Where's my refund and watched it get processed. Then it said it was sent to my bank. I clicked on having a debit card sent to me as usual. I did not in any way incorporate my bank into this. I have spend about 20 hours all together trying to get a number either to the IRS where an actual live person answers your questions or someone with Turbo tax.....NO LUCK!! I want someone to call me and trace where the hell my refund is.

GreenDot is the "Bank" for the TurboTax PrePaid Card. It gets sent to the bank, and then the bank adds your refund to the card.
Keep in mind it takes additional time for refunds to be processed after leaving the IRS, and for financial institutions to accept and deposit them to bank accounts and products like debit cards.
