How do I fill out the MN form M1pr for property tax refund, if I sold one house and moved to another house I bought (both in MN) in 2024?

So I sold my house and bought a house in April 2024. Do I put only one of these on the m1pr form? Just the new home, or both homes somehow? Both have been homesteads.

I sold my house this year. I bought and lived in it from Jan '18 to Dec '22 (5 yrs), and then rented it out from Dec '22 to April '24 (17 mos). Is this sale taxable?
