So I’ve posted earlier on this forum, and I’m still not getting any answers. I’ve paid in advance, called the customer service line, called the IRS and they keep sending me around in circles. I only received half of what I was supposed to receive.

Does the IRS website indicate that you were sent less than what was reported on your federal tax return Form 1040 Line 34 - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
What amount was removed? Was it the Recovery Rebate Credit on the Form 1040 Line 30 for the 3rd stimulus payment you reported as not being received? If so, the IRS has records showing that the 3rd stimulus payment was sent to you.
If you checked your bank account in the March - May 2021 timeframe and there is not a $1,400 EIP3 payment from the IRS then go to this IRS website for how to start a trace on the payment - https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/questions-and-answers-about-the-third-economic-impact-payment-topic-j-p...
Otherwise, you will need to wait for the IRS to send you a letter which will have the changes the IRS made to the return which changed the refund. If you disagree with the IRS there will be a procedure in the letter to dispute the IRS changes.
@DoninGA It has nothing to do with the recovery credit, everything was filled accurately. This is significantly less than the years prior. My true refund is what’s close to my previous refund. This is an error on your company’s end. I need y’all to correct this problem, because I’m not the only one having this issue

@DoninGA is There any updates ?
But does the IRS website for the federal tax refund indicate that the amount of the federal tax refund that was sent is less than or equal to the amount of refund shown on your 2021 federal tax return Form 1040 Line 34?
If less than, how much difference?
It indicated 5315, I received 2605

For that amount of difference you will have to wait for the IRS to send you their letter which will show what they changed on your tax return to arrive at that amount of refund.
This could be a refund offset for prior debts, incorrect amounts for the advanced child tax credit or stimulus payments. Those are the obvious reasons but without the IRS letter that is just guessing.
Have you been notified of a tax refund offset or contacted Financial Management Service at 1-800-304-3107 to inquire about a tax refund offset?
