Filed my taxes 1/29, wanted it deposited into my regular bank account, I've used TurboTax for a number of years. Instead I ended up with a credit karma debit card with my name spelled wrong and a telephone number I can't get through to. I should have received my refund by the 21st. Can someone please talk to me. I've never had this much trouble with TurboTax.

Did you apply for Refund Advance? This is done with Credit Karma and should be the only reason this card was issued to you.

I didn't think I applied for the refund advance, but honestly this was the first year I remember having Credit Karma shoved in my face so much when filing. Additionally the help article offered no real help. And I can't really get ahold of anyone at credit karma bc they have no real customer service. I will not be e-filing on this platform again. It's a shame. Worked fine the years prior.
