Where’s my refund site

When checking the status of my return it says that some or all of my taxes may be held for something I may owe. I don’t owe anything. Is this a generic statement or what?

You have an offset somewhere.Do you owe child support.I had my sons school offset some money for school fees.Only around $100 bucks but it caused a week delay
