Where's my refund? Intuit Turbo Tax "recommended" using Credit Karma to get it back faster.

Credit Karma will get my refund in the same time that I could have received it in my own bank account. This is deceptive

Two weeks and still no reply. I have also been trying to get ahold of anyone.

Only the IRS will know the amount of time it can take to process.

This is my same question, I thought I would get a sameday loan and when the refund was deposited the loan would be paid, however I dont see the loan or any documents for it. Whats the deal?
