How to find messages from the expert. First open your return. Click on Add a State to let you back into your return.
You can review the message from your Tax Expert by logging into your TurboTax account and clicking the red box that says "EXPERT HELP" in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. Next, in the window that appears, look for "my contact history" and click on it. In the message(s) that appear, click on them and you should see the message you are looking for.
Not sure, but here's something to try:
Assuming you have an Intuit Account, log in as usual, and in the top right corner look for a bell (notifications.) See if there is anything there. See image:

have not seen a page yet that has this at the top - and I have seen a lot of pages
only page so far that shows this icon configuration - the bell takes me to a list of messages telling me about all the badges I have earned trying to get the answer I am looking for...
