It depends. 

The IRS issues a lot of refunds within 21 days, but it could take longer.

I need help so bad I used my turbo card to make a purchase on a website and after I pressed checkout I got an error message that said "gateway error" and when I checked the intuit turbo card balance the money had been taken and i contacted the website and they said that they had no completed transaction from me and my payment to them has said pending for two days now and I really need it back on my balance and I have tried calling my card and turbo tax and green dot and there is absolutely no way to get a live person on the phone and I sent the website screenshots of my transaction history on the turbo app and it says the website name and the amount transferred but they said they didn't take any money from me because it still says pending but it's not on my balance anymore and it's alot of money just sitting there in limbo pending and I really need it back PLEASE HELP ME
