Where is my money and why havent i recieved it yet

I already spoke with the irs they ssid it wouldve bee in my account but turbotax has it to take out their portion. Its been well over a month i should havr my money by now

The refund processing service that takes the TurboTax fees out of your refund is who you need to contact to find the status of your refund. For the status of your tax refund you will need to contact the third party processor, Santa Barbara Tax Product Group, using their website - https://cisc.sbtpg.com/index.aspx
