Where is my "As Filed and Accepted" Return file?

I completed and E- filed 2020 Fed+CA state Returns. Both returns  have been "Accepted" and the taxes due have been withdrawn from my designated bank. I downloaded and saved as PDF the returns, forms etc. files as part of the E-File process . I "saved" the file in TT. I logged out of TT. When I login today the only file available to view is a previous, incomplete, and erroneous return file.  TT asks if I want to "continue". How can I access the actual 2020 "As Filed" and "Accepted" return on TT? Why isn't the actual E-Filed Return saved and available on TT for future access. What if I want/need to amend the return?
