Where in the turbotax form do I claim back taxes from two previous years that I paid in 2015?
Federal back taxes paid are not deductible and you do not enter them anywhere on your tax return.
State back taxes paid are deductible on your federal tax return in the year paid. You deduct them under Deductions and Credits, Estimates and Other Taxes Paid, Other Income Tax.
