If this is the Illinois Sales and Use tax return, it is not included in TurboTax.

If you are trying to enter information from a form ST-556 that your received that can be done in the "Deductions & Credits" tab.

Scroll down to "Estimates and other taxes paid"
"Show More"
"Start/Revisit" the "Sales Tax" topic
Use the "Easy Guide"
Enter your state information
You will eventually arrive at an opportunity to enter a "Major Purchase" item
