Where do I find the option to print my return instead of filling it without payment? It was advertised throughout the filing process?

It was advertised that there would be the option to print my return, without filing, and before payment which would reflect the way I felt about the services TurboTax provided. Can you help me find where I can locate this promise?

You misunderstood. In order to print your return you must pay your TurboTax fees.

You can review your tax return and then decide if you need to make any changes, and either e-file or file it by mail.
