What college refund? Do you have a 1098T or 1098E? Is that what you mean? Are you being claimed as a dependent on anyone else's tax return?

If you are referring to a reimbursement for room and board, and it was received in 2020, nothing is done for 2019. Form 1098-T will be adjusted next year. While school is September to May, Form 1098-T is Jan to December.
