Where can I find my routing number and Account number for the return that was issued?

The easiest way to find out is to look at your Filing Instructions document (or Electronic Filing Instructions document), which prints out as part of your tax return paperwork. The direct deposit  information will display routing &  account number.    Instructions on how to print (or simply download and look at the documents):

The PDF that was downloaded only includes those forms and schedules which were required to file a complete tax return.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and Click on Add a state

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

We do not have access to your Turbo Card account information in this public forum.  You should be able to find the routing and account number by logging into your account or by calling Customer Care.
