The online system in now in transition from 2022 returns to 2023 returns. You will be able to access the return you started by using the exact same account and user ID that you used when you prepared it. But your account may be "frozen" during the transition--so you may have to wait until the 2023 software is released in early December in order to gain access to your 2022 return. At that time, you can "start" a 2023 return---and enter just enough to get the side menu to open up and give you access to the 2022 return.
Going forward:
EVERY year before mid-October you should save a copy of your tax return as a pdf and print a copy of it for your records. That way you will not be searching online frantically when you need it for a lender, FAFSA forms, your next tax return, etc.

NOTE: TurboTax and the IRS save return for seven years. Returns older than seven years are purged.
Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive
