Where can I contact the IRS to speak with a representative about my refund status?

I need to contact the IRS my refund status has been on “processing” since 1/30/2018 & today it’s 2/20/2018.

To contact the IRS you can call 800-829-1040, Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 7:00 pm local time.
