Should I be concerned if Turbo tax stated our federal taxes were accepted over 21 days ago, but the Federal website states the it is still in process?

When you track your refund with "where's my refund" it has the most recent information. Processing is the step after your return has been accepted. Sometimes refund processing times take longer than 21 days.
