When will i know if i'm eligible for the advance loan? And when is the soonest i would receive it?

The  Refund Advance loan won't be available until after January 1 and just when you are ready to file.  Then you don't get it until AFTER your efile is Accepted by the IRS.  The IRS usually won’t start accepting returns  until late January.

Turbotax briefly offered a "FlexAdvance" loan of up to $2000.  That program has been suspended for the rest of the 2025 season, we don't know why.

Separately, Turbotax offers a refund advance after you e-file.  We assume that will still be available but you won't know if you are eligible until you file.
