When paper filling for Massachusetts state taxes, I need to send in the print out that Turbo Tax provided for me, my W2's, 1099-MISC, healthcare coverage, and is there anything else I need to send?

You should mail in the entire return that TurboTax prints out, and include any forms that have Massachusetts withholding.  The following is the specific list of items that should be included - generally, it is forms and schedules that provide details regarding the figures on your return.

• Original PA-40 (signed and dated)
• PA Schedule W-2S (also include copies of Form W-2's and any 1099's that have Massachusetts income and tax withholding - this could include Form 1099-MISC, Form 1099-R and rarely Form 1099-DIV and other income forms)
• PA Schedule K-1 (if applicable) or you can send a copy of your Federal K-1
• PA Schedules G-L - if you are claiming a credit for taxes paid to another state, you should include a copy of that state's return
• All other schedules prepared
  
• Other required schedules (such as healthcare coverage) and Federal schedules that are used to prepare the Massachusetts return

TurboTax should print out your entire Massachusetts return as required to be filed, but the above is a complete list of forms, schedules and documents to be included.
