When is a tax transcript available?

If I file taxes through H&R block and they give me the filings to mail to the IRS how long until a mortgage company can pull the transcripts to confirm they have those? I know they aren't accepting tax returns until Feb 12th, so what happens if i mail it early and how long until i can get a return transcript?

Are you asking for a transcript of a 2020 tax return?    What lender in his right mind would demand that when the IRS is not even accepting 2020 returns until February 12, 2021?   Ask someone at the bank who knows what they are doing what they really want.   They probably want a copy or transcript of your 2019 return.

Ok---I just realized that you have started three separate threads all about the same thing.  I have replied to them but will not reply to any other threads you start with your username.   If you want to keep asking the same question, I hope someone else will reply to it.    Good luck with the lender and with getting the information you and your BF need.
