When I log into Turbo Tax it says that my state return has been accepted however when I use the states tool it says they have not received it and to check with my filer

Who do I contact to see make sure the state has received my tax return since they say to check with my filer?

Okay, thanks for the update. I'm posting a more detailed answer for you below. CO has stated you could have a 60 day delay.

Accepted means they have received your return but not processed it yet. Until they start processing it, you won't find record of it when tracking on their Where's My Refund/Rebate page for Colorado. See message below where they state it can take up to 60 days to process now. Most states will post a notice to let you know how long processing time will be. And see What does Accepted mean?

The below message is posted as an "Attention" message on the Colorado Department of Revenue's website where you check your refund status.

Per the Colorado Department of Revenue: "Taxpayers are warned that they could experience delays of as long as 60 days compared to previous years due to Department of Revenue enhanced tax refund fraud detection efforts."
