When attempting to print, I get a popup windows that says: Preparing your documents This may take a few moments. Nothing else happens. How can I print?

The windows is supposed to render the PDFs of the forms. That does not happen. Nothing happens.

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax. You can also try a different browser.

Also, make sure you have ran all updates.
