I'm unable to print my 2023 NJ resident tax return so that I can file it by mail. When I try to download and print the forms, I only get a message stating "Preparing your documents. This may take a few moments." This message never goes away. I receive this message even though your website indicates that the forms are available to print (https://care-cdn.prodsupportsite.a.intuit.com/forms-availability/turbotax_nj_windows_individual.html).
Furthermore, I don't see an option to be notified when the forms can be printed. Can you please help?
