I received another letter today saying they couldn't verify my ID after the lady on the phone told me she did. Has anyone else had this happen?

@destiny856 my tax preparer told me to call the Irs that it had a date for me because we both had been checking my status and she just took a chance and called the number! I looked at my status and it changed as well...that my information didn’t match and that also made me call...it’s the number online
I can’t give it to y’all because this site won’t let me

I called the Irs and they gave me my date yesterday

@gmc1113 every time I try to check the WMR I can’t so I called the IRS myself...me and my preparer and my DDD was available

@classyblac my status has not moved ever since I filed 2/6 and even after i verified on 2/26. As per the rep yesterday, she stated all was good and my refund was being processed already. So I'm really hoping to get my deposit this week as well.
