My App has been freezing up due to heavy traffic I am sure.

I have a Intuit Turbo card backed by GreenDot Bank that I received my refund on. I also got an advance as well.

I went to the IRS tool, and it said that they did NOT have enough info.

I updated the info with my real checking info.

Lets see how long it takes now. This is very frustrating. Here i was waiting all this time for nothing.

I can’t even call the back of the card it literally told me to try and call back later so I went to the atm and I have negative money 💴 cause y’all are charging me over 3 bucks a month for the card and still don’t see no stimulus money. Looks like I’m one of the un lucky people that haven’t got **bleep**

Yes, mine also went negative -$3 I’m guessing because of the $5 monthly fee I honestly did not read or see anything when I first signed up saying I have to may a monthly fee. But there is no overdraft fees so you should be okay

Was able to login on both website and app yesterday and for a brief moment this morning now im getting errors on everything. Has anyone spoke with anyone? Hopefully this issue gets resolved quick!

What I find even more disturbing is that my stimulus check has been deposited into my card. The reason I know this is because I texted for the balance. The app is not working either on android or iPhone, connected to Wi-Fi or not. The website isn't working because there is no captcha image that comes up. On Mac, Safari, Chrome, or PC. No one picks up the phone so I cannot access my account to get my pin. this is very frustrating and no one has even addressed us about this issue.

I talked to someone from the customer service line this morning and he told me to just keep checking he said if we have the turbo card that it’s issued thru turbo but it’s  green dot we need to get ahold of so whatever bank green dot uses , it’s on there end. But my mom got her money around 12 today and she has the turbo card lol I haven’t got crap and they said to be patient it should be here this week and that they have so many people they are sending money to

Please call your local news agency and let them know. This is absolutely ridiculous and turbo tax needs to be held as accountable as the third party banking system they promote to their trusting users. By alerting local new agencies this will put extreme pressure for this to be remedied ASAP.

The app has not neen working for the last 2 or 3 days im trying to see my balance i went online and its saying my user name is wrong

Been trying to get in online for the card app since this morning can't get been calling on the phone nothing IRS said check was credited to my card today

As of now no I called personally yesterday and asked TurboTax they gave me a number to a bank called Santa Barbara I talk to one of their representatives and they told me that they were not depositing stimulus payments on are card safe to say turbo tax f*^$ us again it’s supposed to be for people who has low income but will not even put are payments on are card. I did login from my computer this morning although it took an hour was able to see my balance but can't now i keep getting error messages and my computer is saying the website cannot be found now. Something needs to be fixed ASAP because this is not ok. I was able to pay a bill today with my card but dont want to overdue it. Ik i got my stim check today because i did see it in my balance. SOMEONE needs to reach out from the bank
