I talked to someone from the customer service line this morning and he told me to just keep checking he said if we have the turbo card that it’s issued thru turbo but it’s green dot we need to get ahold of so whatever bank green dot uses , it’s on there end. But my mom got her money around 12 today and she has the turbo card lol I haven’t got crap and they said to be patient it should be here this week and that they have so many people they are sending money to
