What is wrong with ur turbo tax card app

My card app will not load. It just keeps saying error try again.

Don't say the app is working when it clearly IS NOT.  Endless loading, and if it overcomes that hurdle the result is only an error message.

No help from customer service reps by phone.  No knowledgeable help here either, clearly.  Just absolutely pathetic business practice.

Mine is down also.  No stimulus, no working app, no answers. I absolutely regret this company. Paid a lot of money to be taken in circles and then to only be delayed when we need you the most.  We won’t be back next year.

Nothing is working for me either. I paid for the deluxe version and I can’t even speak to someone. This is ridiculous. First I know they better fix this and give us all they money owed to us, then idgaf I’ll never use turbo tax again

 I can’t access anything. On any device, no customer service, no log in to check balance, no active number?? What the hell is going on! Everyone has their stimulus check but us? Why is that turbo tax? How are we to your “top priority” if you can’t even get us the money we need to pay our bills

The app is not working!! There is no email to contact a customer service rep and this is the only outlet I found to get a message out!! Fix this we need our money!!!!

I filed my taxes for 2019 at the beginning of march, got my refunds (fed and State) and just received my stimulus check deposit today. I chose to get the money via prepaid card and that is where it was deposited. However, I am having a REALLY hard time checking my balance and my account activity because the app is not working. It either wont let me log in or is REALLY slow to load.

I haven't been able to get on the card app at all today.  No error message(s) for me either, just the spinny circle thingy... and yes,  I am definitely getting a little more than frustrated at this point. Ugh!!! 😵😤😠😡

TurboTax is saying they're not sure if the IRS is going to deposit the stimulus checks on prepaid cards this makes me freaking angry I am a mother to each other and single and provide for them all on my own I need this stimulus

Same here. Hasn’t worked for 2 days for me. Was thinking about using this app as my “e bank’ but clearly that won’t happen anymore. Get your stuff together turbo tax. Won’t be using this service again.
