Looks like you are in Deluxe. Deluxe is $40 for Federal and $40 for state. Those are fees you have to pay to file. Where are you seeing Savings? Did you enter a 1099Misc and it's telling you to upgrade to the Self Employed version so you can enter expenses? If you enter enough expenses you will reduce the tax due on your tax return which can save you the cost of upgrading.
