Hey you guys I’m beginning to think that our info may have been leaked. I have had 3 attempts from different people trying to buy stuff with my info. Maybe why there was a long delay.

At this point imma just wait for them to send it to the irs and have them send it but I’m changing adress

I still haven't received mine. It was supposingly sent on the 2nd from the first representative's mouth, then the 7th from the 5th representative's mouth. Now I have it notorized and reissued, and was told they only send checks out on Weds and Fri. So Weds they should send it. Hopefully I get it soon. I been waiting over a month 😡

Also, is there any way to take legal action against them? I received any other piece of mail normally but not my refund check. Are they just not sending it, but saying that they are?? Anybody

What date did they tell u they sent it? Did u speak to someone? Mines was sent on the 25th it came Friday! If it’s not at the address provided on tax return in 10 days they have to send u something stating u didn’t receive it within 10 days and they have to issue another check ! Have you went through those procedures yet?

No I haven't went through those steps. And yes the address matches my tax return.  I was told it was sent out the 2nd of March. Then the 7th. And I filled out the reissue form, got it notorized and sent back in. So I'm just waiting. I was told the check is to be reprinted and sent on weds

If you are reading this it is probably too late. If not do not file with TurboTax these people are the worst. This Santa Barbara tax group or whatever say they sent my return by check March 28 it is April 28 now. And nothing I have USPS informed delivery I literally get photos of every piece of mail that comes in my mailbox not one is my federal tax return. Now this Santa Barbara group is saying I have to pay to have another check issued with no proof that they sent the original one. Sounds like a scam to me. No TurboTax person has helped in anyway. And I only use TurboTax because I thought it would save time. Just get a CPA every time lesson learned
