What is bank print check

I will never use TurboTax ever again and I  don’t advise anyone else to use this company. This is the worst experience I ever had filing my taxes, it is a shame how TurboTax can’t give any information , Mint can’t give you any information and the bank that they are using  won’t give you the truth. We are waiting on our hard earned money. This is awful!!!!!

I’ve been on the phone with them got the same representative Jasmine who is now saying checks are not going out until today. There’s been a system glitch from feb 14 until today. I call BS I also am beginning to believe I have been scammed! I did file a complaint with the better business bureau. I’ve tried calling the IRS back I get hung up on when transferred I can’t get no where.  This is a nightmare

You have to file a report to the IRS by paper. It is called a Form 14157-A. I got mine filled out. Just waiting for the three days to be up. If I don’t get the answer I want when I call back or get my check by then, then I am going to go to the next step which is to the local police department to file a police report for tax fraud or misconduct. Once you have all of your paperwork together you have to mail it in and wait. Which sucks even more because I mean really have we not waited long enough.

I just googled how to file a complaint against a tax preparer and found the form on IRS.gov. (https://www.irs.gov/tax-professionals/make-a-complaint-about-a-tax-return-preparer). The form is two pages and the instructions are on a third page. It tells you all the documents that you need to collect and where to send it in.

I hope she’s lien cause they told me mine was mailed out the 2nd of march to give it 7 to 10 business days…. Im on hold with them now to see what’s up with this new crap they are saying I’m sick of the run around with this sorry excuse of a bank…..

I called too after she said that lol but the guy told me the same thing 3/2/22 it was mailed and I had submitted a ticket a few days ago they responded and said the check was mailed already too! So I'm waiting on the mail man now I guess. I'm confused as to why they said no weekends tho? They stop the mail delivery of those check on Saturday ?!

They deliver on Saturday and Sunday where I’m at in Missouri
