It says cashiers check but no date is posted... does this mean it hasn't been mailed?

@Tsimp no, they don't update like they should on the site. Mine says same thing but when I called today, said it was mailed out and I should receive it in 3-5 business days. My direct deposit date was supposed to be on February 24th(my bank account closed before then) so I requested a cashier check(bank print check)

Same thing here... the number I called said it was mailed today but someone here said it says that everyday with a new date.

@Tsimp I talked with a person who checked on the mailing status of my cashier check, it's faster to get a call back than waiting on hold. I was nice to them, it's probably super hectic and stressful for them as well as the taxpayers wanting and waiting for their hard earned taxes.
