Is there a certain prompt you select to actually talk to someone at sbtpg? I’ve been trying for 3 day and only get the automated system. Also, yesterday it said it a print check was issued with yesterday’s date and today it’s says it was issued with today’s date. I’m so confused!

When you call hit 1 for English and hit 2 follow the steps after they tell your your amount and stuff wait on the phone don’t hang up and listen for them to say hit 4 to speak with someone

I’m so angry , frustrated , stressed , mad … I’ve been waiting since 2/22 for refund . It was rejected from my bank so I was told I’d have to get a bank print check . Everyday that I call tpg the automated system says that my check was printed the day I called . The wait times are hours to speak to someone only to get 60 different answers . So I was told that my check was mailed on 2/24 after waiting I never received it so I decided to call again . I was then told that my check hadn’t been mailed on the 2/24 because of a processing issues and that it was mailed on 3/2 instead .. The fact that more fees were taken out then I aggreeed to I promise I’m so angry and I WILL NEVER EVER USE TURBOTAX AGAIN

I was told 2/28, 2/25, 3/2 and now 3/4 that my check was mailed out… I didn’t use Turbo this year but TPG definitely give different answers like y’all don’t have the same system? this is crazy!! and it should not take no 7-10 business days if it’s been mailed out 🙄

@Tsimp I wouldn't trust informed delivery, it said that i didn't get anything today but got 3 things. Mine was supposed to be here today but we'll see by Monday 🤷‍♀️

Yea, I've been checking my mail daily. I will be glad when this is over cause I check my mail normally twice a month.... there's never anything more then sales ads. I do bills online so my mail man has to know I'm looking for mine lol!! How many days has it been since your check was mailed?

Hopefully everyone’s was really mailed out last Friday because the didn’t start processing for them to send out until March 1st after telling ppl lies!! Only 2 ppl said something about a delay and i’ve talked to 7 different ppl smh
