I’m so angry , frustrated , stressed , mad … I’ve been waiting since 2/22 for refund . It was rejected from my bank so I was told I’d have to get a bank print check . Everyday that I call tpg the automated system says that my check was printed the day I called . The wait times are hours to speak to someone only to get 60 different answers . So I was told that my check was mailed on 2/24 after waiting I never received it so I decided to call again . I was then told that my check hadn’t been mailed on the 2/24 because of a processing issues and that it was mailed on 3/2 instead .. The fact that more fees were taken out then I aggreeed to I promise I’m so angry and I WILL NEVER EVER USE TURBOTAX AGAIN
