What if the W2 got wrong information?

If you think your employer has incorrect information on the W-2 they gave you, you have to have a discussion with the employer and see what happened.   If something is wrong they can issue a corrected W-2 called a W-2C

certain things that are wrong may not have to be corrected. others do because they affect your taxes. so tell us which boxes. we do not need to know amounts.

Why is it wrong?  Did it import wrong or did your employer change it?

What if the W2 got wrong information?

I have no insurance r no child credit

What if the W2 got wrong information?

@4325995444 Your W-2 does not have information about the child tax credit on it.   And .... as for insurance, the W-2 would only have information about that if you had health insurance through your employer.   So please explain the real problem you are having .... it does not sound as if the problem is with your W-2.    And you posted to a thread in which the original poster was asking about an incorrect W-2.
