I cant get a card and no bank acccount

If you do not have a bank account, you can still request your refund by check. The downside is it could take 1-3 weeks longer to receive your refund this way, however it is still an option. 

The steps to update that in your return are below if you need them:

1. With your return open, click the File tab
2. You will land on the last step page
3. Complete Step 1 if you haven't already
4. Then, the second line should say "Your refund info"
5. To apply your preference, click Start or Revisit
6. Select Paper check
7. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Continue

Please note: You may not select a paper check if you are having your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund.
