Should I re-file? If I was emailed that I need to. But website says everything is accepted.

What email address did that email come from?

If you are seeing accepted as your status when you log into your account, no, there's no need to re-file. The system won't allow it if the returns have already been accepted by the government. 

Also, you can click here e-file status lookup tool to check your e-file status. And make sure it shows accepted there as well.
