What does "Your tax return is still being processed. A refund date will be provided when available." Exactly mean?

I  haven't received my federal refund yet approved and accepted since January 2020.   I  received my State refund and it was filed together.

We filed jointly Feb 9th. I have to file injured spouse every year because my husband has a child from previous relationship. 8th year using Turbo tax. Federal still processing. Checked get my payment and was supposed to have a deposit April 15th. It never came. Got two letters in the mail from U.S. Treasurer. One with my husband's name then one letter with both our names. I got glumped into his offset for child support. So not one penny from stimulus. We have a child together. What baffles me is the fact that they should go by 2018 taxes to see I filed injured spouse then too. I should be getting a stimulus plus my son but nothing as of yet. Very frustrating.

I recently received an email stating TurboTax had not received payment of $150 for filing my taxes. And they would be debting my bank account at the end of April or the beginning  May. I then called the number at the end of my email. Luckily I was able to speak to an agent. Who pushed back my payment date an extra month. So that the IRS can finish processing my refund. Due to the Identity Verification request.

This is quite infuriating. I've been waiting on my refund checks as well. Treasury should know that many people depend on their refunds to pay bills. I guess knowing and caring are two different things.

I was reading your post about a class action lawsuit they are having one also for H&R block clients I was trying to find out some information on it cuz I had to go and pay again after paying H&R block $386 to file my taxes do my taxes I furthermore forgot my 1095-a so I had to go send off and get that and then go back to H&R and give that to them and they charge me another $35 and here I am with low-income and lost my job and everything no stimulus no refunds,but yes also if you go on Twitter they are having in class action lawsuit for H&R block it is actually a tax per person that signed getting everybody to sign the petition

I filed my taxes January 31st two weeks later got my state tax still waiting on my federal tax and I still haven't got my stimulus and I have direct deposit but the website said it was the stimulus check will be direct deposited into my direct account however I've yet to see it

I to file my taxes in February as a matter of fact February 13th I still have not received a refund furthermore they just contact me and let me know that I had a missing document so I had to go get a 1095-a for my insurance in Virginia so I had to wait 45 days to get that got that then take it to H&R and they had already charged me $386 to do my taxes so furthermore now after filing my 1095-a they charged me 35 more dollars even before they would send it to the IRS if I didn't pay it wasn't getting sent tell me if that's not something there stimulus payment no refund taxes still processing but they are having a class action lawsuit for H&R block and also TurboTax if you go on Twitter you'll see the H&R block petition to sign for this class action lawsuit

Doesnt seem odd that the only ones affected with missing federal taxes filed with tt? Or did some of y'all file with a diff agency. I'm pulling my account. They f$^led with my checking account my continuously tryingbto pull fees from me. So they actually owe me money. About 75 bucks. Oh and I had called them to explain that I didnt have money in the account.

You are so right,turbo tax did me the same way 2018 .they omitted my taxes, only to cause a delay, I got in touch with the IRS they told me I had to get a letter from the market health place cause Obama care card the money up front , (which I never used,.)and I had to pay the money BK with a amendment letter attached, not to mention the wait... And of course, turbo tax did it FREE, considering they messed up the first time.... Bottom line, it was a MESS... Never received a penny BK, cause, I also had other issues going on too... So moving forward I used my 2018 taxes for the EIP.. and altogether the wait was about a week total... It was mailed out, 05/01/2020 and I received it today 05/04/2020 so the Get Payment system is updated and it tells you pretty much what's the status of your money, if nothing besides processing and payment date is available, it's not going to happen OR, it's missing more info...
