What does it mean when WMR say your tax return is still being processed and you loss your bars and refund amount?

Most refunds are disbursed within 21 days from the date they are accepted. However, if you claimed the EIC or Additional Child Tax Credit, the IRS will begin issuing tax refunds on these returns on February 27, 2019 per the rules of the PATH act. Update..it did change for me and gave me a DD for the 21st. If where's my refund does not have any codes on it you'll be fine it's just processing
