Help! We filed our federal in April and we are trying to file our state and your system wants to file our federal again. How can we fix this?

In the FILE tab simply choose the mail in the return now option then you can efile the state.

After clicking file tab, I do not have a mail in now option.

Well if you have efiled the federal return successfully if you do file it a second time it will simply be rejected.
