We took out a loan on our house this year and the lender has changed multiple times when filling on our taxes would i use the most recent or the first loan agency?

You enter ALL 1098's you receive, individually one at a time. After entering the first one and working it through, just click the "Add A Lender" button to get started entering the next 1098.
