We filed a 2019 return that was accepted. Our bank account /routing was included, but it was garnished. Does the IRS still have the bank info for the stimulus?

Yes, the IRS has your bank information and will use it to direct deposit your stimulus payment.
Please note that the IRS can offset your stimulus payment for child support, but not for other debts.

Okay now I'm worried because I have seen some news articles that say debt collectors can garnish the stimulus because I live in Utah and we don't have anything in place to legally protect us from that. We owe a lot of medical debt, how do we know that they cant garnish our bank account? Thank you for your help!

If your tax return has your personal bank information that was used to either receive a direct deposit of your refund or was used to pay your tax due then the IRS has your bank information to use for your direct deposit of your stimulus check.
