We cannot see your return but I suggest you print a copy and look at the 2017 return and make sure they is not something on that return that is missing from the 2018 that should be there.

Got an email that says my state refund was rejected even though it was accepted in January & i received it, when i go on turbotax app there is no where to fix the return
